1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoHiddenQR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NoHiddenQR provides QR code generation, management, and analytics services. We offer both free and paid tiers with different features and limits.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NoHiddenQR to:

Create QR codes linking to illegal content
Distribute malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Spam or send unsolicited communications
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Free and Paid Services

Free Tier:

Unlimited Simple (static) QR codes
Up to 3 Smart (dynamic) QR codes
Basic scan counting

Pro Tier ($9/month or $79/year):

Unlimited Smart QR codes
Full analytics dashboard
Webhooks
Kill switch (pause/unpause QR codes)

6. Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and link through your QR codes.
NoHiddenQR retains all rights to the Service, including our software, design, and branding.
You grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

NoHiddenQR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoHiddenQR from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
